      General: -4.5% (Jan -5.0%)
      Costas: -6.7% (Jan -8.4%)

      Don’t have the press release that goes with it yet so can’t be sure about peak (Dec 2007) to present prices but I think we are looking at something around:

      General: -20%
      Costas: -28%

      Not quite as grizzly as the Jan figures but the decline continues as expected.

      General: -19.5%
      Costas: -27.2%
