  Some of you may know that there is too much debt in the Spanish property sector. Private individuals and developers borrowed too much in invest in property during the boom. Well, this is how the debt breaks down:
  
  Developers in particular are up to their neck in it. Have to make a lot of sales to pay off their debts.
