      I have heard this so many times, I would like to know why. I suppose it would take too long to explain it in anagrams 😆 Sorry if you have had a bad experience though, seems to be a lot about 👿

      Just returned from Spain, where there is a rummour circulating that this lovely agent is about to jump ship 😯 No idea if it is true but they are now operating in Bulgaria . A friend of mine out there, who seems to be in the know, said that several of the big boys are in trouble because of the slump and may disappear in the not too distant future.

      With ours and many, many others (commission) money for a property they sold to us that hasn’t been built!!! 😈

      It’s too long a story, however they tucked us up and relatives of ours by selling off-plan development with all the promises in the world, but no B. Licence, major delays, terrible lawyer (their recommendation) etc etc and so we missed the boat in the UK waiting, and late completion means we now can’t sell-on because of their false promises, plus the poor market.

      The property and development bears little resemblance to their ‘artist’ impressions too, nor does the specification.

      They are not nice people and we hope they get their come-uppance soon.

      What I thought was a superior estate agent in Bristol who stiched me up good and proper is also moving into other markets ie, Morocco, Portugal, Cyprus, Florida Turkey etc so Beware

      I have also been left to fend for myself after being sold off plans that they could not care less if I got stuck with. They ( Atrocious Deplorable Hypocrites )are certainly not interested after having promised to sell them before completion. Since they still sell these units off plan I do hope that they too will disappear to a hotter place before more people get misled and promised things they will never get. 😈 😈

      I wouldn’t trust Awful with a bargepole (aka Angie’s anagram), but neither would I trust the agents that both Stina and Phantom Phixer refer too, you could add the agent that sounds like the chemical name for Water who are made up of ex Awful staff, plus a few other ‘large’ agents in Spain.

      If only we could publish a list of which agents, developers and lawyers to avoid!

      Hopefully this agent will be mentioned on the Watchdog programme if only to warn people that they are now in Bulgaria, Turkey, S. Africa etc as well as Spain.

      Well done to Claire and Mark for getting the publicity on TV.
