      Have seen a lot of media reports recently about Croatia and how the place is buzzing. It is certainly a pretty place. Time to look at property there 😆

      Cruised on the Adriatic two years ago absolutely beautiful.

      Not very cheap. The reason, I suspect, is because its the closest Mediterranean for a large part of Europe.

      Expensive, old properties have issues with titles, Taxation not very clear & I understand you need to have a local partner if wish to do any kind of trading activity.
