Realy Luxury.

I sell it by less than it cost build it.

It’s of a rather utilitarian design so I think your target audience will be limited. The internal build quality looks very good and under normal circumstances I am sure at 350k Euros it would be considered good value.

One comment is that the pictures are not of a professional standard. They let the property down. have you considered getting professional photos taken?

Also if you are going to market it to Northern Europeans we expect higher standards of advertising than the average Spanish Estate agent. People generally don’t like to see other’s personal items in the property. I would consider trying to make the pictures more impersonal, like a hotel room, so remove your personal items from the photos. Also consider better lighting for the photos.

Also get rid of the photo with the reflection of the dog in it!

I second JP1’s comments. The photos are just not inviting the green & black contrast used for the script hurts the eye sight. Being in Murcia does not help ?
