I have now completed my apartment purchase and have to say I have been delighted with both your recommended lawyer and bank. Both have been very responsive – an absolute pleasure to work with. In terms of the deal you have struck with the bank it certainly saved me a very nasty (and costly) surprise when both transferring funds into Spain and in the issuing of a bankers draft to complete the purchase.
