Hi Everyone
I have given my tenant 2 months notice to leave the property and she originally has said that she was fine with it but now she is making comments about not leaving when the 2 months expire(end of Feb). I have booked flights to go and look at the house a week after she leaves and want to find out where I stand with regards to entering the property and also if she doesn’t leave how I can evict her?
