I like ‘ye olde England’ way of shaming, the good old-fashioned stocks. One in every village square with a plentiful supply of big fat Spanish tomatos, perfect for all the corrupt local mayors that contributed to this massive scam.

As for the lawyers who let their profession down and who especially should have behaved more horourably…..all assets stripped to go towards compensation (including their Mercs.) and only allowed to travel by donkey for the rest of their lives. 😈

I have a feeling this exposure on Medsea will give many the same idea, and really expect it is the first of many to come. Youtube has such mass exposure there must be other scammed purchasers who will latch on to this idea, will be interesting to see if this happens.

Yes, it was building near noth of Madrid in the late 80s. The company was called “Gilmar”. He had the nerves to go on the “truth machine” and was found lying on all three questions.

Now, this can only happen in Spain!!!!. If this was any other Country he should have been finished as a public figure, but no he went up to buy a football club, become Mayor of you know where.

His son was also involved with him who became a Mayor of Estepona. Gilmar is presently building a project in near Tangiers, called “Tangah” in collabartion with some Moroccan partners (Judgeing the man from the Company he keeps ) and guess what people have paid deposits for well over year and there is no response from them.

I see Gil also got out of prison early by allegedly paying Franco a backhander.
And after Mayoress Marisol Yague was arrested, a chap called Tomas Reñones was Mayor for a time. Reñones was a former player for Gil’s Atletico Madrid, brought to Marbella by Gil. Reñones was subsequently arrested too.

Where & with who will this corruption ever end ❓ It’s like a poison that never gets out of the system.

Yep deposit is all ready to go,and cant wait to make my 30% profit ,selling before completion. 😀
Hopefully its near the new Disney resort so if I decide to keep it I can rent it out for 12 weeks in the summer and that should cover the mortgage.
Would be great if I could use the developers solicitors as it keeps it nice and convenient.

I had it confrimed today that Disney will be starting the build in october this year, their hotels are already overbooked so I took a liberty and offered them your apartment for the whole winter season!
