      Hi,

      Have just purchased a 2 bed luxury apartment which comes fully furnished for E214,000 also a garage with storage. Could anyone tell me what wealth tax and other local taxes I have to pay on this. We are just using it for our family and friends not going to rent out. I would be grateful to know also if anyone could tell me what time of the year these taxes are due. Am taking hold of the property in 2 weeks time. Also could anyone recommend a good alarm system/company – our property is about 5 kms south of Torrvieja.
