Concerning my earlier comments, what would be the implications if i continue not to pay any taxes, there will be 3 remaining people who own the property, ie not pay the purchase tax or wealth or income when we eventually come to sell or before this happens.
As i have stated i am finding it very hard to get good reliable information and someone who i trust to carry out this task.
Sorry to sound so inept, but dealing with all this from Britain and not being able to get out there for long periods of time is making it all so difficult.Karen
