Tax on rental income for a non resident

      Hello

      Can anyone clarify the following please

      as a non resident renting out a property is the tax at 24% paid on the gross income or the net income after expenses ?

      ( assumes the non resident is a resident of the EC )

      Net income. There are some deductible expenses, though not all expenses are deductible.

      The tax is 24.75% of allowable net income.
