tax form 214 wealth tax enquiry

      Have seen advice on forum which is very helpful.Ihave a couple of queries which hopefully someone can advise on please.

      Only owned property since May 2007 so do I calculate at 8/12 of figure for 2007 which will be the last year of this tax?

      On form 214 section Impuesto la renta de no Residentes;as I do not rent out at all do I enter a zero figure in box 5 and box 6.

      Finally as the property is jointly owned I assume I complete a separate form for my wife and half the value of the property on the escritura to calculate her liability for tax? Is that right?
