Knowing full well that litigation can be a very bumpy ride, can anyone shed some light on the following question – If I start a lawsuit to reclaim my deposit, can the Promotor re-sell my apartment prior to a judicial decision and/or the return of my monies ? Are my rights to the property affected in any way ? Can anyone quote chapter and verse from the complex Spanish legal system ?
I have been getting conflicting advice from different lawyers, and would just like to say…….but Law XYZ Section ABC says that blah blah blah…
Any and all advice would be greatfully received ❓
