Hi,

I own a piece of land which is 20,000 sq.m on the canary island of Fuerteventura. There is no permission to build houses on the land, however since there is permission to use it for agricultural purposes I am thinking of the possibility to build a “Solar Farm” on the land.

Does anyone know what I need in terms of investments and permits?

I know that the investments needed would be very high, but my plan would be to start a company and sell shares to finance the investment.

All thoughts or insights welcome!
