Well again – Unemployment is now falling – The fall of 46,050 in the April figures was 7 times that of April the previous year.

Not just car companies investing in Spain either!

Spain’s economy is attracting major foreign investment especially from the UK

Spain received €28.4bn of world FDI in 2011, an 18% increase year-on-year, and the UK was its largest investor with €6.7bn invested.

Spain was the 4th European destination for FDI. More than 900 UK companies operate in Spain, and while some are contracting (Barclays), others are returning (Marks & Spencer), setting up for the first time (Stella McCartney, Jo Malone) or increasing their investment (Tunstall, Primark)

Tide has turned Angie. Why are you spending your time like this ?

Forecasts are for unemployment to hit 30%, will see if you’re right or the plethora of economists’, if you’re right, apply for a job in Madrid 😆

I’m spending my time like this to balance your views, you spend as much time as you like no-one is asking you why, I’m enjoying the debate, there’s just so much evidence to the contrary of your arguments I’m afraid, and, this Spanish property and financial nightmare has been going on for years despite the odd so called experts on here calling it wrong all that time, but one day it might get there, not yet though 😉

The turning point was always going to happen – I personally thought it would be the end of 2013 as forecast by some – but there are so many indications that we’ve reached this point in April.

Sorry, Angie, Katy and Logan. The tide has turned.
