Spanish Tax for Non Residents

      Bought apartment in Menorca last year (2015) and have been told this tax must be paid by 30th June 2016. I have not been sent a bill, any forms or information but was told about it by solicitor used when we purchased. If I don’t want to use a solicitor how can I find our about and pay this. Property is solely for our use.

      We’ve had a house in Andalucia for 6 years and we are non-resident. Every year we use our local gestor (book-keeper). He is qualified and experienced in such matters, and, importantly, a lot cheaper! It gives us peace of mind.
