Hola amigos

Please could someone advise me on how I apply for Spanish residency?

My property is in Denia, Northern Costa Blanca. – Someone told me that I would have to spend hours queing up at one of the offices – not sure where though.

Suggest you use services of local Gestoria, as they know how to legitimately queue jump, otherwise you could spend a lot of time in one queue or another.
Some regions have abolished resident cards in favour of yet another piece of renewable paper . Yet more queuing !!!!!!!
