May I just briefly say that my wife and I have just bought an appartment in Miraflores on the Costa del Sol.
The real estate agent that we used was Sarah Dodgson of Hermosa Homes Spain. I would like to say that she is the most professional and helpfull estate agent that we have ever worked with. She has helped us with every area of the buying process, leaving absolutely nothing to chance.
I’ve heard lots of stories of dodgy real estate agents in Spain, but I can categorically say that Sarah Dodgson is not one of them.

Nice to hear credit where it is due…please don’t use dodgy and Dodgson in the same sentence though 😉 🙂
