      Price growth slowdown
      Prices in most areas of Spain have fallen again in Q3-2007 according to Spanish property portal Idealista.com. Prices in the capital Madrid have fallen by 0.9% with a property in the city now costing €4,277 per sqm. Valencia, which is expecting the America’s Cup and Grand Prix, saw a drop of 0.7% while Seville’s average property price fell by a substantial by 4.1%. Barcelona still remains the country’s most expensive place to buy real estate despite dropping 0.5% to €4,802 per sqm
