Starting with BBVA Research (BBVA is Spain’s second largest bank, and they have a lot of exposure to real estate, so bear that in mind), who say in their latest report just released that 1) the correction will moderate in 2014, 2) “the variables relating to residential investment confirm that supply and demand are close to a change of cycle,” 3) Residential investment declined 0.4% in Q2, compared to -2% the same time last year, 4) they forecast stagnation or marginal growth in residential investment for the second half of the year.
