      Who can take the matter to the Ombudsmans? What area do they cover ??

      Can a dispute with the Administrator of a block of appartments be taken to him/her ????

      I think the government is doing everything possible now to sack him for political reasons having to do with Catalonia and its awful Estatut.

      But no, a dispute like the one you mention is not part of his job. That’s a private dispute, he deals with issues that affect all the -Spanish- citizens and their statutory rights.

      We have all been brought up to be nice, kind and polite to fellow
      man kind. Its life around us make us behave out of the state guidelines.

      This does not mean that we should not at the end of the evening look back and reflect. A few kind words and a smile does not cost anything.
      However its lifts people soul and spirit.
