I have been told if you have a criminal case in the courts in Spain it will be dealt with quicker than a civil case. Can any legal person on this forum state this is the case.

      Many thanks.

Interesting question Lizi. There are developers being taken to court re illegal properties, when they have already been previously arrested & implicated in the Malaya Case & charged with bribabry. As these illegal properties are part & parcel of this, does this change our cases from civil to criminal ❓ :?:…

Of course, the possibility of choosing between civil or criminal action depend on the grounds of the case, on the actual facts.

Criminal risponsabilities have civil liabilities attached. If the crime can be proved and your lawyer thinks it can be submitted to the Criminal Courts with a good rate of success, criminal action is a good option too.

I wouldn´t say that better than civil, but different.
