      September house sales were down 28% in Spain. 32%.6% down in málaga province compared with last year.

      Apart from the obvious factors causing this, this might also have something to do with the income tax rebate that ended at the end of last year, and which the PP say they will reinstate if they regain power. This encouraged people to buy houses before the end of last year and is encouraging people to hold off buying right now.

      who ever wins the election has to be very imaginative, creative & bold to get Spain out of a very big hole.
