All the overseas/Spanish property exhibitions are now in full swing in the UK, so be careful when listening to the likes of Awful Estates who will tell you the market is great (promises of huge returns), and you must arrange an inspection visit a.s.a.p. so as not to miss out, and even if they could tell the truth, you would end up paying well over the odds from them as they overprice and stick huge commissions on top, and then of course they’ll recommend a questionable lawyer and developer, and probably there will be no building licence too, ‘B’ money payments, and illegal builds etc etc.

It’s called entrapment! Be warned!
