On our community, we employ a professional administrator that produces annual accounts representing the Income & Expenditure of the community and a balance sheet showing assets & liabilities (debtors and creditors etc). We rely on the accounts but have recently uncovered some errors made by the administrator and are concerned there may be more. My question is does any one have any experience of having their community accounts independently audited and if so how do they do this and can you recommend any one?
