      Salaries are going to be frozen, utility cost go up by 7% and 5% respectively, budget cuts, I guess plenty more in unemployment, services cuts.

      Who is going to buy the houses and apartments?

      I would guess that the poorer regions like Murcia, Almeria and Granada will start to get depopulated again.
