      Can anyone tell me anything about Decree 218 of 2005 which I am led to believe became law on 7 February 2005?

      It seems to suggest more protection for buyers and renters within the Spanish Property market.

      It’s an Andalusian Law:

      ‘DECRETO 218/2005, de 11 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de información al consumidor en la compraventa y arrendamiento de viviendas en Andalucía’

      It rules the content and the way advertising & information is to be given to consumers in the house promotion and renting business developing Andalusian 13/2003 consumer-protection general Law in this issue.
