This should be forwarded to Zapatero. He would turn & say that the system is taking care & that is why these people in the dock.

Mr Zapatero would probably say, again, just as he did in the EU Parliament on 6 July 2010 that:

“My country is based on the rule of law and it respects and ensures that
laws are respected. The courts are responsible for the application of law.
We stand shoulder to shoulder with those people who, maybe, have had the
wool pulled over their eyes in the property sector”

Very empty words – backed up with absolutely no action.

      Kind regards

      Keith

Spain is all about empty words & glossy imagine. Behind all that it is empty, devious & deceptive. This my opnion after dealing with Spain for well over twenty five years in all aspects of its daily life.

      The trial begins….

      and so does the nonsense:

“During Monday’s opening proceedings …… Roca’s lawyer, Rocio Amigo, asked for four years of phone tap evidence to be declared null because of an lack of ‘proportionality’ in their use. And she even tried to get the whole case suspended before it has begun, saying that some real estate documents appeared to be missing. That second request was ruled immediately out of hand by the tribunal”.

IMO, when it comes to implementing “Law, Order & Justice” I agree with shakeel.

….. Behind all that it (Spain) is empty, devious & deceptive.

Watch this space to see if we are (at last 🙄 ) proven wrong.
