Hi
Could someone please clarify the new Spanish tax for landlord, non-residence living outside the EU, regarding renting a property for more than 2/3 months, Ie long term?
I am aware of the 19% and 24% tax and expenses you can deduct from the 19% only as a non residence living in the EU.
However there seems to be still some confusion regarding renting a property long term and if there is a different Tax for this?
