Thank goodness we don’t have the same problems here in the UK. 😉

I received an email stating that Costa del Sol has just a years supply of unsold property, which will lead to a rise in prices.
Someone somewhere has got the figures wrong.

There is a difference between one year of food supply to one year of property supply.

That is one of the most laughable articles I have read in years. I could show you 20000 unsold new properties in a 10km stretch of the CDS let alone the whole coast.

Other figures for Spain’s unsold Costa homes which have been previously quoted are over one million, Spain’s in deep Bull Manure as it relies heavily on it’s now failing construction industry, then add it’s much weaker tourism figures, and it’s rising unemployment (huge) and it’s increased cost of living. 🙄
