      I am looking for a 2 bed, House/Bungalow, Furnished, AirCon, Gated Com, Com Pool, Terrace/Solerium, Fitted Kit and near local transport. I have a £90,000 budget. 30-45mins from either Alicante/Murcia airports.

      An add-on. My £90000 budget is a cash purchase. No mortgage required or property to sell!!!

We were looking for Euro 160,000, which is of course more than your budget, but if you haven’t come up with your requirements yet, maybe this might be tempting to have a look at?
