I have just received an email from Solvia with their normal buy before X date at a price will be X % lower. Out of interest I clicked on the EPC certificate.
The certificate is not available & the remarks are ” it is being processed ” I would like the forum users to take punt as to how long will this being processed will go on, six months, one year, two years, four years, five years or eternity.
I am going for eternity. So not sitting on a fence.
They are probably going to get you one if there is a genuine interest in that said property. Why bother with the hassle with putting it online when they in general only bother with putting up one bad photo of the property?
It is the law. The property cannot be marketed without it.
I looked at some properties in areas I know well. None seem a good deal. Yes the photos are bad. One had a photo of the outside of the building and 3 of the underground garage
@Ardun: The EPC certificate look much nicer than the photos of the properties for sale.
Stupid laws should not be followed. 😀
@Ardun: fully agree with you not only stupid laws, laws that extort funds & suppress people specially working class.
