  does anyone on the forum know the true situation? are they about to go under or are they still in a strong position despite all the bad press? I’ve seen rumours on various sites but no definate answers yet.

  I have a feeling that many developers will be having cash flow problems soon. Units are not selling quickly and their way of working is that hefty deposits from buyers funds their last project…a bit like robbing peter to pay paul. It will all tumble like dominoes 🙁
