We are well advanced in our plans in this and understand the procedures necessary.
Essentially pension trustees are in the main saying it is possible but, have not got as far as considering “how”! The methodology for moving forward is now something we understand and have put in place the relevant elements.
We believe that “off plan” commitments are allowable within a SIPP now so long as the property does not complete in the context of having a habitation certificate until after 5 April 2006.
