You might never have heard of him but his quite famous in Spain. Bertín Osborne is close to selling his Andalusian ranch in Seville Province for something like €6.5m, asking prices was €8m. All the interested parties are foreign: two Mexicans, one Venezuelan, and one Swiss.
He says he will only accept selling his property if he gets what he’s told it’s worth. “One can’t accept four [€m] for something valued at eight [€m]” he told El Mundo. “The minimum is six and a half [€m]”
