A pal of mine was telephoned the other day by Awful Estates saying the market on the C del Sol was good for investment now, believe that at your peril!
However, they are now offering inspection trips for £49 instead of the usual £120 or £99 which smacks of desperation to me, and a serious downturn in the state of the market methinks.
