Has anyone tried to offer weekly lets in the general Mairena (above Elviria) area? Does the tennis club look for accomodations for people in the summer tennis courses?

How difficult is it to get some rentals? Better to put up one’s own website, or use a realtor?

You could try listing your own property on sites such as-

I think a years listing is about £180, the predefined template make it easy to enter details but still add your personal touch to the finished page.

You could use a rental agent as well, at the end of the day the more exposure your property gets the greater chance of attracting rentals.
