Also, I recommend that you wait until exchanging on your British sale before looking at specific properties. Not unreasonably, most Spanish agents and vendors expect buyers to have sold first. You could usefully spend the time before exchange meeting locals, and leisurely exploring the town, nearby villages, and individual estates.
