I don’t know if anyone remembers me. but I have good news to tell you after all the problems we have sold our house despite the quarry which has had the planning permission turned down. We are now moving to our dream villa in spain. Just want to thank the people that replied I was at a very low ebb now we can look forward to retiring in spain. Your site has been a great help. We have followed all your advice i.e. good estate agent recommended by lots of people. Good independent solicitor also recommend by friends. We have stayed in the location for 3 months which was a bonus. to buying and our house sold whilst we were in spain. How chuffed are we. Thank you Natalie.
