I’m doing some research for a client contemplating buying in Sensara Benalmadena and would appreciate any feedback anyone would like to offer.
It’s a development for the over 55s. It looks nice but as with all these developments there are at least 20% units unsold and the developer (I believe – still to be confirmed) has stopped contributing to community fees on unsold units. Also community fees are at the upper end of the scale at EUR300+ per month. Resale units appear to be about 40% down on developer or acquisition price.
Obviously I can get various information and financials from the President but sometimes not those snippets of information that make all the difference in making an informed decision.
