      I went into a branch in Guadalmina today – and the counter where you pay cash in etc was plastered with real estate details from Marbella to Estepona!!! No idea how good they were, although a 1 bed apartment 47 sqm for 50k Estepona didnt seem too bad 🙂

      I have checked the website of most of the Banks. Some of sites are not maintained, email enquires are not replied, decent properties are not reduced.

      The Branch staff are expected to become estate agents whilst still trying to be Bankers. The branch staff does not even know where the properties are even though some of them are not more than five kilometers from their Branch.

      I had just checked out their site. Cannot find any one bedroom property in the price range or area that you mention. They do have some Houses.

      It’s the topsy-turvy world we now live in. Spanish banks are actually estate agents.

      Maybe they can be better Estate agents than Bankers. We hope !!!!
