      Been speaking to someone who I know and is looking for a long term rental. They looked at a two-bed apartment. The rent is 900 euros pm. does anyone know if this is the ave. rate?

      BTW they like the place and said the grounds were very well kept.

      There is a lady resident at Santa Maria Village who is handling rentals there. Will ask her to send her details to you via pm – at least you can get an idea of prices.

      This is about the average.
      12 months ago this would have been couple of hundres euros more
