Banco Sabadell anuncia el fin de la crisis inmobiliaria y descarta bajar más los precios

Because, according to them, this is the end of the crisis, Sabadell is not going to lower any of prices on their real estate holdings. Break out the cava, happy days are here again. 😆

I wonder if they are now going to raise all of their fees.

well, they have been selling their repos like hot cakes; well warm muffins so; No, they won’t be lowering prices, and in fact will start inching up the prices. And yes, Sabadell have increased their bank fees considerably!!. 😡 😡 ……

The moment there is wind in the sails the vendors harden up; here in marbella there is only talk of the next boom and no one listens to offers now 🙂 😉 😉
