Rustic land landscaping

      We live in an old finca, all paperwork correct etc(!), but we’d like to flatten parts of the land plot. This could involve some tree cutting which would all be replanted anyway and more. But are there subjective restrictions on what can or cant be done – appearance from the distance. Or the use of diggers, shifting rock, types of shoring-up in case of landslide! Or because it’s not ‘construction activity’ this work falls outside regulation???

      It will be safe to assume that nothing falls out of system. The reason’s maybe just get some money out of you to feed the civil servants.
