      Hi all,

      a friend of mine has been looking at properties through “Royal Marbella Group”. I have’nt personally heard good things about this company, but nothing concrete.

      Has anyone here had (or know someone who has) good or bad experiences with the company?

      Have read somewhere that they now call themselves Royal Duja Group. ❓

      I saw the brochure and there is a company call “Duja” in sevilla.

      The U.K. (Watford) contact for Royal Duja is Michael Metcalf. I thought that Michael Metcalf was AKA Michael Hone of Royal Marbella Group, but have now been told that MM is Hone’s son. Not so sure though, as MM was 50 when charged with money laundering in this case:

      ‘……judgment against Mr Metcalf in the sum of £41.03m plus interest of £24.124m…..’.

      If anyone has any info I could pass on, we’d be very grateful, as Mr Metcalf does not seem to be available.

      p.s. Have been told that Portugal Duja (formerly Royal Duja) now insolvent in Spain and not returning money on unfinished/started properties in Tavira Portugal.
