      Hubby was meant to sigh on Jan 3 for a resale apartment- due to various problems on the day there was no completion( due to the fault of the other party according to our solicitor!)since then nothing and for the past week I have been trying to contact my solicitor to get our money to complete the sale returned to our account-I send emails and leave messages with the secretary but nothing What should I do now?thanks

      Hi Mags,

      Try visiting your lawyer, get his secretary to make an appointment, that´s guaranteed to get him to phone you. They prefer not to be face to face when they know they have screwed up.
