      Hi we have just paid a 3000 euro deposit for an off plan property in Jumilla – we paid our deposit foolishly berfore seeing or signing the contract which has now arrived and the property is in a different part of the complex to where we had been promised by the agent. We have now refused to sign however the developer is now refusing to refund our money and the estate agent will not admit that he misled us any ideas on how we stand legally the contract remains unsigned to date

      Have answered you by two PMs (hadn’t read your post here when 1st was sent and wasn’t sure you had already signed contract)
