Older members will remember all the Shenanigins around this once illegal development. The Developer (implicated in the Marbella corruption scandal) is opening up in China with the aim of selling the remaining 200+ units. The development has lots of infrastructure problems and prices have dropped, have seen them on sale for 120,000€…….so how will the Chinese get their Visas 😕 He is probably going to sell them at 2006 prices
