Hi
I have an apartment in Fuerteventura, I am in arrears but have started to pay the full capital and interest repayment and some extra to work or arrears.
It appears Solbank is clearing all payments of the captial so the arrears stand.
Also the wont give me a statement on my account or tell me what rate i am paying on the arrears. Is that legal?
If it goes to court do I have a chance given that I have never stopped paying them and that I tried to clear arrears but they wouldn’t let me?
In reality do the courts just rubber stamp repossessions even if you are paying the mortgage?
Can anyone recommend a lawyer in Fuerteventura?

It’s almost always better if you try and sell the property yourself since you will get lots of other repossesion costs added to your debts otherwise.
