We are thinking to rent our granny flat, attached to our house, for holiday rentals. What are the legal requirements. It’s a 1 bedroom studio, for couples only. Would we be obliged to have depth markings around the pool. for example? And provide wheelchair access? Etc etc. Any information would be welcome, thanks.
